About the Role
The Shift Leader supervises shifts and work areas in the operation of a Papa John's restaurant to ensure high-quality products and customer service are delivered to drive restaurant profitability. You will manage operations by executing all company policies, procedures, programs, and systems, ensuring compliance with federal, state, and local laws and ethical business practices.
In this role, you will exemplify our core values, maintain a positive attitude, and work well with others. You will be flexible and adaptable to change, ensuring adequate shift coverage and providing immediate feedback to correct problems. Your day will involve contributing to profit goals by utilizing the FOCUS System, executing cash management duties, and assisting in managing inventory levels to minimize loss. You will also ensure product quality, customer service, and performance responsibilities remain within acceptable standards.

Requirements
