We are currently seeking motivated and inspiring General Managers throughout Wisconsin, Minnesota, and Michigan. As part of TMart, one of the largest and fastest-growing Dunkin' franchise groups in the area, you will join a team that owns over seventy Dunkin'/Baskin-Robbins locations with more in development. Our General Managers are the foundation of our winning teams, dedicated to building a culture that ensures a fun and safe environment for both our guests and employees.
This role is designed for leaders who want to grow with a company that views them as a partner in its development. You will serve as the cornerstone of a restaurant's success, responsible for maintaining a safe, secure, and healthy environment while ensuring brand standards, recipes, and systems are executed consistently. Your day-to-day involves creating a guest-focused culture, recruiting and developing team members, and coaching the staff to drive sales, profitability, and guest satisfaction.
You will also oversee critical operational tasks such as inventory management, financial reporting, vendor orders, and scheduling to meet guest demand. As a leader, you will be expected to perform all responsibilities of restaurant team members, lead team meetings, and deliver training to ensure your team is equipped to succeed.
We are committed to setting our General Managers up for long-term success. All managerial hires begin as "Management Trainees" in a paid, internal training program that typically spans eight weeks. We take a deliberate approach to this training to ensure our leaders are fully knowledgeable of our systems and processes, well-respected by their teams, and capable of leading with poise and credibility.
As you advance through the levels of managerial training—Shift Lead, Assistant Manager, and General Manager—you will earn certification bonuses. Your timeline for completion will vary based on your focus and proven ability to impact a successful, profitable business. Upon certification, you will be eligible to advance into our Multi-Unit Manager Training Program, offering further career growth opportunities.
All offers of employment at Dunkin'/Baskin-Robbins are contingent upon the clear results of a thorough background check. Background checks will be conducted on all final candidates and on all employees who are promoted, as deemed necessary.
Many Dunkin' restaurants are owned and operated by independent franchisees. Each franchisee is an independent employer solely responsible for hiring decisions and employment-related matters. The terms "Company," "Dunkin'," "we," "our," or "us" refer to the specific entity that owns and operates the restaurant to which you are applying. Nothing on this site should be construed as Dunkin' being involved in or having control over a franchise employee's terms and conditions of employment. Any employment-related questions regarding a franchise restaurant should be directed to the franchisee.
