Position Description
We are currently hiring a Dining Associate for our Salem market. This role is essential to maintaining the high standards of our brand and ensuring a positive experience for every guest who visits our location.
Who You Are
You are a friendly, high-energy individual who thrives on interacting with people. You are comfortable handling cash, providing accurate change, and navigating POS systems with ease. While prior food service and cashier experience is preferred, your passion for customer service and ability to build relationships are what truly matter.
What You Will Be Doing
As a Dining Associate, you will be the face of our cafe. Your day will involve building relationships with customers by maintaining a positive atmosphere and going out of your way to provide a high level of service. You will be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness of the space and ensuring dishes are properly cleaned. Strong communication skills and the ability to be a self-starter are required to uphold Fooda Standards of Service and Sanitation daily. Additionally, you will be expected to escalate issues to the Director when necessary to keep them informed and assist in problem-solving.
