As a Team Member in Operations, you will be the face of our plazas, responsible for providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a welcoming environment for travelers. You will engage in positive interactions, process transactions accurately, and prepare quality food while maintaining the highest standards of cleanliness and safety.
We are excited to welcome new Team Members during our busiest and most dynamic times of the year! Those hired during peak business periods (typically between April 1st and September 30th) will join us as Seasonal Associates. This role is vital to our team's success, offering a supportive and rewarding experience whether you are working part-time or full-time with varied shift options.
