Key Responsibilities
- check_circleSet up equipment, utensils, and supplies for opening and break down for closing
- check_circlePerform cleaning and maintenance procedures for store premises and equipment
- check_circleComply with uniform policy and company hygiene and appearance standards
- check_circleInsert, rotate, and remove trays while monitoring ovens for correct baking time and color
- check_circleHost, greet, and serve guests while taking orders and providing samples
- check_circleUpsell products to guests to increase company profitability and check averages
- check_circlePrepare drinks and bag orders while adhering to health and safety measures
- check_circlePrepare dough and products including pretzels, Cinnabons, yogurt, lemonade, butter, and dips
- check_circleRoll, twist, dip, shape, bake, and bag pretzels, Cinnabons, and yogurt items
- check_circleOperate the point-of-sale system efficiently and accurately handle cash transactions
- check_circleDip, drain, and fill pretzels and Cinnabons in warmers or on hot plates
Requirements
