About the Role
As a Team Member, you will be the face of our brand, responsible for the preparation and presentation of delicious Auntie Anne's and Cinnabon products. Your day will involve crafting everything from fresh pretzels and Cinnabons to specialty drinks, ensuring every guest receives a warm, friendly experience. You will work in a fast-paced environment where attention to detail is key, from monitoring ovens for perfect baking times to maintaining a clean and safe store premises.
This role is ideal for someone with a positive, can-do attitude who enjoys interacting with people. You will greet guests with a smile, take orders, and suggest additional items to enhance their visit. Whether you are rolling dough, dipping pretzels, or operating the point-of-sale system, your efforts directly contribute to the company's profitability and the satisfaction of our customers.
