About the Role
This position offers an opportunity to develop your engineering career within a supportive culture that prioritizes mental, physical, and emotional health. As an Operating Engineer, you will be the backbone of our facility operations, supporting the inspection and maintenance of mechanical, HVAC, electrical, and plumbing equipment and systems. Your day-to-day involves ensuring building systems run smoothly, from troubleshooting electrical and pneumatic controls to managing tenant service requests. You will work on-site in Arlington, VA, contributing to a team that values safety, technical excellence, and customer service.

Requirements
- verified3+ years of related work experience in repair, maintenance, HVAC, plumbing, electrical or carpentry

- verifiedExperience using Microsoft Office (Word, Outlook, Excel, Teams)
- verifiedAbility to lift up to 50 lbs
