Key Responsibilities
- check_circleServe as key point of contact for high-value Treasury Management clients
- check_circleConduct pre-call research and analyze bank statements for sales documentation
- check_circleAct as liaison between clients and implementation teams for seamless onboarding
- check_circleDevelop client relationships by delivering complex customized treasury solutions
- check_circleLead onboarding efforts for major client relationships and complex industry segments
- check_circleIdentify cross-sell opportunities to expand client engagement across bank offerings
- check_circleEnsure timely resolution of client issues through internal coordination and escalation
- check_circleParticipate in joint sales calls with Sales Consultants and Relationship Managers
Requirements
- verifiedBachelor's degree and 6+ years experience in treasury management, banking, sales, or customer service
- verifiedProven experience in banking, treasury/cash management, product sales, and relationship management
- verifiedDeep understanding of treasury management products, banking operations, and regulatory requirements
- verifiedAdvanced proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
