Client Service Associate

About the Role

As a Client Service Associate within the Commercial Bank, you will serve as a trusted advisor and the primary point of contact for an assigned portfolio of commercial clients. You will manage multiple relationships to provide support for complex treasury and cash management products and services, resolving client requests while collaborating with Service Operations, Sales partners, and Bankers across the United States and globally.

In this role, you will interact directly with high-level contacts, including Owners, CEOs, Presidents, CFOs, and Treasurers. Your mission is to build strong relationships through Zoom, email, and phone, delivering the level of service JP Morgan Chase customers expect. You will act as a deeply connected member of the client's team, dedicated to driving their growth and success.
