Key Responsibilities
- check_circleReview payroll registers and validate inputs to ensure accuracy and compliance
- check_circlePrepare and review payroll journal entries for accurate posting to NetSuite
- check_circleReconcile payroll-related balance sheet accounts on a monthly basis
- check_circleProcess complex scenarios including bonuses, commissions, and retroactive adjustments
- check_circleCollaborate with People & Culture to maintain accurate employee data and benefits
- check_circlePartner with Accounting and FP&A to support financial reporting and variance analysis
- check_circleSupport audit processes and year-end activities including W-2 and 1095-C reporting
- check_circleDrive systems optimization and process improvement for payroll integrations
- check_circleLead semi-monthly and monthly payroll cycles across multiple U.S. states and international contractors
Requirements
- verified5+ years of progressive payroll experience
- verifiedExperience in a SaaS or high-growth company
- verifiedDeep understanding of U.S. payroll compliance
- verifiedExperience with payroll systems (e.g., Rippling)
- verifiedExperience with ERP systems (e.g., NetSuite)
- verifiedAdvanced Excel/Google Sheets skills
