As SEEL continues to scale, we are seeking an experienced Controller to lead accounting operations, strengthen internal controls, and ensure financial integrity across a complex, multi-program environment.
This role is modeled on best practices observed at peer organizations such as CLEAResult and ICF, emphasizing GAAP compliance, revenue recognition for utility programs, scalable processes, and strong people leadership within a mission-driven organization. You will partner closely with the VP of Finance and executive leadership to provide financial insights, risk identification, and decision support. The position requires leading, mentoring, and developing the accounting team, fostering a culture of accountability, continuous improvement, and collaboration.
