The Director of Finance serves as a strategic and operational leader for Cenevia's financial functions, ensuring fiscal integrity, regulatory compliance, and long-term financial sustainability. As a trusted financial partner to executive leadership and the board, you will oversee budgeting, forecasting, financial reporting, internal controls, audits, and cash management.
In this role, you will analyze and interpret financial data to recommend changes that improve internal systems and financial performance. You will lead the development of short- and long-term financial strategies aligned with organizational objectives, supporting business planning and decision-making with data-driven insights. Your work ensures accurate, timely, and GAAP-compliant financial statements while maintaining robust internal controls and compliance with federal, state, and regulatory requirements.
This position operates on a hybrid model, combining in-office and remote work. To be eligible for remote work consideration, employees must have suitable and secure technology, including secure Wi-Fi, a telephone, and a dedicated workspace. Participation in video conference meetings is required as part of this role.
