About the Role
As a Plumber, you will be the expert responsible for diagnosing and repairing residential plumbing systems while guiding customers toward informed and confident purchasing decisions. This role is vital for ensuring the safety and functionality of homes, blending technical precision with exceptional customer service.
You will work directly within the field environment of residential properties, both indoors and outdoors. Your day involves a dynamic mix of tasks: from studying building plans and inspecting structures to locate pipe installations, to assembling complex pipe sections and installing fixtures like sinks, toilets, and water heaters. Whether you are troubleshooting clogged drains, repairing defective components, or managing underground storm and sanitary piping systems, you will ensure every job is completed correctly the first time.
Beyond the technical work, you will serve as the face of our company. You will prepare cost estimates, negotiate contracts, collect payments, and maintain detailed work reports. Success in this position requires a strong sense of urgency, the ability to work independently, and a commitment to exceeding customer expectations through clear communication and a professional appearance.
