About the Role
We are currently seeking a Journeyman Plumber to join our team in Nashville. This role is strictly for local candidates; no travelers or per diem arrangements are available.
As a Journeyman, you will be the backbone of our installation and maintenance efforts. You will assemble complex piping systems—including domestic water, sanitary waste, storm, natural gas, and condensate systems—using a variety of materials such as PVC, cast iron, copper, and gas pipe. Your expertise will be applied to both underground installations and pre-fabrication tasks, ensuring all work aligns perfectly with contract and shop drawings.
Beyond technical execution, you will play a vital leadership role by training and guiding plumbing apprentices. You will maintain a clean and orderly work area while strictly adhering to all company and OSHA safety regulations. This position requires a commitment to safety, excellent attendance, and the physical ability to handle trade tools and materials weighing up to 50 lbs.
