About the Role
We are seeking a dedicated Field Superintendent / Field Project Manager to join our growing team in the Philadelphia, Delaware, and New Jersey areas. This is a full-time, permanent position designed for an experienced professional ready to take their career to the next level.
In this role, you will oversee exciting and challenging commercial construction projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest standards. You will serve as the communication hub between the office, design team, and field operations, facilitating clear and accurate information flow. Your day-to-day will involve leading production teams, negotiating with subcontractors and suppliers to secure the best value, and managing detailed critical path schedules that align with project milestones.

Requirements
- verified7-10 years commercial construction experience
- verifiedProficient in Excel, Word, MS Project, Outlook
- verifiedFamiliarity with Procore and OnScreen Takeoff
- verifiedOSHA certification preferred
- verifiedValid driver's license and reliable transportation
- verifiedSuccessful completion of drug and criminal background checks
Nice to Have
Familiarity with Procore and OnScreen Takeoff. OSHA certification.
