About the Role

As the Director of Construction Management within the Platform Delivery department, you will serve as a key leader in developing and implementing best-in-class construction management policies, procedures, and tools. Reporting to the Regional Director of Platform Execution, you will oversee all aspects of major construction programs targeting both colocation and hyperscale builds.

In this role, you will lead a team of Construction Managers across a geographic region, guiding projects from inception through customer turnover. You will act as the primary support role during the design phase and assume overall project leadership once General Contractor mobilization begins. Your day-to-day involves managing complex relationships with general contractors, trade partners, design partners, and local Authorities Having Jurisdiction (AHJs) to ensure performance certainty, project predictability, and profitability.

You will be responsible for the performance of all Construction Managers reporting to you, fostering a culture of continuous improvement, creativity, and efficiency. Success in this position requires a unique blend of advanced organizational skills, the ability to navigate complex project delivery methods, and a deep commitment to mentoring and developing your team.

Hiring Process
