About the Role

We are seeking a Construction Project Manager to oversee commercial HVAC construction projects from pre-construction through final completion. This role serves as the central hub for project execution, ensuring all work is delivered safely, on time, within scope, and within budget.

In this position, you will maintain strong communication channels with customers, vendors, subcontractors, and internal teams. You will lead project meetings, conduct regular site visits to monitor progress and safety, and manage critical documentation including RFIs, change orders, and closeout documents. The ideal candidate will bring strong leadership and problem-solving skills to navigate the complexities of the commercial HVAC construction environment, balancing schedules, budgets, and customer expectations in fast-paced settings.

Environmental Requirements

This role requires regular travel to active construction sites and customer locations. Work environments may include indoor and outdoor conditions with exposure to construction noise, mechanical equipment, and varying weather conditions. The position involves navigating active job sites, which may require standing, walking, climbing stairs or ladders, and occasionally lifting up to 50 pounds.
