The Service Manager serves as the operational leader for our commercial service division, ensuring the delivery of mechanical services is executed efficiently, safely, and within budget. This role exists to bridge the gap between technical execution and client satisfaction, fostering a culture of continuous improvement.
In this position, you will collaborate closely with service technicians, sales teams, and other departments to maintain high service standards. You will be the primary point of contact for commercial clients, managing relationships and addressing concerns to ensure their needs are met. The day-to-day involves coordinating complex service schedules, dispatching technicians, and overseeing the resolution of emergency service calls. You will also play a key role in business development by identifying opportunities and assisting with proposals for service contracts, while ensuring all projects adhere to strict safety regulations and company standards.
