About the Role
We are urgently seeking a Superintendent to join our Utility/Sitework Division. This role is critical as the team launches its first major project in Hanover, NH, where construction is already underway. The Superintendent will be based on-site daily, leading field operations and providing technical oversight for projects exceeding $20 million.
In this position, you will drive safe, timely, and profitable project delivery by managing day-to-day site operations, coordinating subcontractors and trades, and enforcing a strong safety-first culture. You will interpret complex drawings and specifications to ensure quality execution, lead site meetings, and resolve field issues while maintaining alignment with project teams, clients, and engineers. The role also involves overseeing technical scopes including utilities, mechanical, and electrical work, as well as mentoring field staff to drive team performance.

Requirements
- verified10+ years progressive leadership experience
- verified5+ years as Site Superintendent
- verifiedHigh school diploma or technical training required
- verifiedOSHA 30 certification required
- verifiedConstruction Supervisor License (CSL) or ability to obtain within 12 months
- verifiedValid U.S. driver's license
- verifiedDOT Medical Card (or ability to obtain)
- verifiedAbility to pass drug test, background check, and MVR screenings
