Construction Project Manager

About the Role

Integrity Technical Services is seeking an experienced Commercial Construction Project Manager to lead large-scale projects in the Cleveland, Ohio area. This is a permanent position offering a competitive salary range of $85,000 to $140,000. The ideal candidate will bring a "cradle to grave" perspective to project management, overseeing the entire lifecycle from planning and estimating through design, construction, and final close-out.

In this role, you will serve as the central point of contact for clients, owners, and project professionals. You will be responsible for managing costs, schedules, and compliance to ensure projects are delivered within budget and according to contract terms. Your day-to-day will involve coordinating subcontractors and deliveries, resolving scheduling conflicts, and overseeing field inspections to ensure workmanship meets plans and specifications. You will also partner with Project Superintendents to maintain a safe jobsite environment, managing safety plans, inspections, and OSHA compliance.
