About the Role

This mid-level management role is both strategic and hands-on, perfect for a leader who can manage the big picture while attending to critical details that keep complex projects on track. You will oversee large heavy civil construction projects in the $50M to $300M range, involving new, reconstructed, and widened facilities from start to finish. These projects will include highways, interstate roadways, rail transit, and other large transportation or civil development work sites.

You will lead the project team through initial planning, budgeting, and scheduling, then drive execution and successful completion. In this role, you are accountable for ensuring each project is delivered safely, on schedule, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. You will coordinate closely with construction managers, project engineers, subcontractors, material suppliers, joint venture partners, and owner representatives.
