As a Senior Scheduler, you will serve as a strategic partner to our project teams in Florida, playing a critical role in boosting profitability and streamlining timelines. This is not just a tracking role; you will be the guardian of the project schedule, proactively identifying threats, analyzing resource loading, and recommending solutions to keep projects on track. You will collaborate closely with Business Development, project managers, and executives to develop robust baseline schedules and ensure cost-loaded schedules drive positive cash flow.
In this onsite position based in our Palm Coast office, you will also have the opportunity to mentor the next generation of leaders through our Leadership Development Program and help refine the company's scheduling methodology.
