About the Role
Tesoro Group is seeking an experienced Maintenance Technician to join their team at two properties in Minneapolis, MN (55403/55419). This is a contract-to-hire position, with conversion expected within 30-90 days.
The ideal candidate will be self-motivated and capable of organizing multiple tasks throughout the day. You will be responsible for refurbishing apartments prior to resident occupancy and providing comprehensive maintenance services. This includes light electrical and plumbing work, general equipment repairs, painting, carpentry, and limited extermination services. You will also manage grounds maintenance, including trash pick-up, snow removal, and landscape care.
A day in the life involves troubleshooting and diagnosing maintenance issues, performing emergency repairs, and ensuring all work orders are completed with courteous and efficient customer service. You will be required to obtain your Boilers license within 90 days of employment and must provide your own basic tools.
