About the Role
As a Maintenance Technician for Optima, you will have the opportunity to work directly for the developer performing maintenance service for a luxury apartment community. You will complete service requests, unit turns, preventative maintenance, and other functions throughout the property. We believe that maintenance plays one of the most critical roles in the success of our properties. Key Responsibilities
- check_circleComplete apartment home make-readies and unit turns including painting and repairs
- check_circlePerform general carpentry, electrical, HVAC, and plumbing repairs
- check_circleMaintain property and grounds including amenity areas
- check_circleRecord and maintain files including work order notes and daily logs
- check_circleServe on the on-call team with rotating after-hours availability
- check_circleConduct ongoing preventative maintenance to ensure property condition
- check_circleComplete resident work order requests and address service needs
Requirements
- verifiedHigh school diploma or equivalent
- verifiedMinimum of 1 year experience in Maintenance
- verifiedPossession of a current and valid driver's license
