About the Role

As a HVAC Technician for Optima, you will work directly for the developer performing maintenance service for a luxury apartment community. You will be based exclusively on-site at the Optima Sonoran Village property, engaging in a fast-paced and exciting environment. This role is critical to the success of the properties, requiring you to complete service requests, execute preventative maintenance plans, and handle general upkeep of the property and grounds, including amenity areas.

The position offers minimal driving and provides access to an easily accessible flat rooftop when needed. You will serve as a problem solver, working with an outgoing and positive attitude to provide exceptional customer service to residents. The role involves troubleshooting and repairing HVAC systems, overseeing inventory, and assisting in training the team on proper repair methods. You will also handle general maintenance repairs such as plumbing, carpentry, and appliance work, while maintaining detailed logs and notes for all work orders.
