Registered Nurse

About the Role

DaVita is seeking a Registered Nurse to join our outpatient dialysis team in Memphis, Tennessee. In this role, you will provide life-saving care to patients with end-stage renal disease or chronic kidney conditions. No prior dialysis experience is required; the focus is on your commitment to delivering compassionate, high-quality care.

You will work in a fast-paced, hands-on environment where you can apply broad nursing skills to medically complex patients. This position offers the opportunity to build long-term relationships with patients while collaborating with a supportive clinical team, including Patient Care Technicians. You will be responsible for monitoring patients, managing treatment plans, and responding to health changes, as well as educating patients and families on kidney health and treatment options.
