This opportunity is a local travel assignment for a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) in Belen, New Mexico, based at a Skilled Nursing Facility specializing in long-term care. The role focuses on providing direct patient care to adults under the supervision of an RN or physician. You will be an integral part of the interdisciplinary team, responsible for administering medications, performing nursing assessments, monitoring vital signs, and supporting activities of daily living.
The position is designed for local candidates only and offers a structured schedule of three 12.5-hour day shifts per week (6:00 a.m. to 6:30 p.m.). You will work in a fast-paced environment where promoting safety, infection control, and patient comfort is paramount. The assignment includes on-site orientation and ongoing on-call support from a dedicated recruiter throughout the 7-week contract.
