About the Role
As a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) at CareRite, you will be the heartbeat of our bedside care, delivering essential nursing services within a skilled nursing and rehabilitation setting. This role exists to ensure that every resident receives personalized attention that honors their unique needs and care goals. You will work closely with an interdisciplinary team of RNs, therapists, and physicians to implement individualized care plans, supporting both rehabilitation and long-term care objectives.
In your day-to-day, you will administer medications and treatments, monitor resident conditions, and provide specialized interventions such as wound care, respiratory support, and IV therapy. Beyond clinical duties, you will play a vital role in educating residents and their families on health management and care plans. You will also supervise and support Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs) to ensure the highest quality of daily care, all while adhering to strict infection control and safety standards.
