
The Programs Field Representative - Tribal role serves as a liaison between the Oklahoma Department of Human Services Child Welfare Services and Tribal partners across the state. Key responsibilities include training child welfare system partners on the Indian Child Welfare Act and departmental policies, supporting compliance and quality improvement efforts, and participating in collaborative team meetings to address policy and practice. This position offers the opportunity to work directly with Native American communities to strengthen child welfare outcomes.
