About the Role

When you join Champions, you'll be supporting hardworking families and elementary-aged kids during out-of-school time, on school grounds. Whether you're partnering with administrators to bring our programs to their district, or buddying up with students to aim higher, think bigger, and never give up, you'll be leading the way toward inspired learning.

As a Teacher, you will invest in your career at KinderCare as you create a world-class experience in our classrooms. You will implement our curriculum in a way that is consistent with the unique needs of each child, creating a safe, nurturing environment where children can play and learn. Your journey involves partnering and connecting with parents, with a shared desire to provide the best care and education for their children, while supporting your center's success by partnering with center staff and leadership to achieve goals around enrollment, accreditation, and engagement.
