We prepare educators to nurture young children through training, on-the-job experience, and a supportive professional network so you can succeed in your ECE career. Our mission is to expand access to quality jobs while preparing the next generation of educators to nurture and inspire young children.
TEACH Track is our workforce initiative designed to open doors for those who need it most—including English language learners and individuals who have been long-term unemployed. Funded by the U.S. Department of Labor, this program helps you overcome barriers to entering the early childhood field by providing financial assistance for upfront costs, professional training from trusted partners, paid on-the-job classroom experience, and job placements with real opportunities to grow.
As a Permitted Substitute Teacher, you will deliver high-quality Early Childhood Development services to preschool-aged children, supporting their educational, social, physical, nutritional, and emotional growth. You will engage with parents, maintain student records, and ensure a safe and nurturing learning environment.
This role offers hands-on experience with flexible hours, ranging from full-time to part-time and on-call options. You will travel to various school locations (minimum of 15 miles) to support diverse learning environments. Whether you are looking to gain valuable experience working directly with children or advance your career in a growing field, this position provides a supportive pathway to professional success.
