About the Team
Miracle Kids Success Academy (MKSA) is an early intervention day treatment clinic dedicated to children with special needs. Our core values are compassion, excellence, and reliability, ensuring that every child and family receives the highest quality of care. We are a growing team of clinicians, including licensed physical therapists, occupational therapists, speech-language pathologists, nurses, teachers, and psychologists, all working together to meet the diverse needs of our patients.
Our mission extends beyond standard therapy. We provide a holistic approach that includes developmental and psychological testing, nutritional evaluations, and audiological consultations. Our treatment rooms are designed to celebrate cultural differences and are staffed to support children from birth through Kindergarten, with expanded summer services for elementary-aged children. About the Role
We are seeking a passionate Physical Therapy Assistant to join our team of clinicians. This position is designed for those who possess the necessary talents and drive to succeed in a busy, compassionate environment. Whether you are an experienced professional or a newly minted physical therapist, you will play a vital role in delivering care to children between the ages of birth to 6 who are at risk.
In this role, you will work alongside a multidisciplinary team to ensure each child's developmental needs are met. You will be part of a collaborative environment where the whole treatment team works with patients' families to provide comprehensive support. The role requires the ability to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced setting while maintaining strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
