About the Team
Challenger School is seeking enthusiastic and energetic individuals to join our preschool teams across our Utah campuses. As a preschool teacher, you serve as a child's first experience with school, laying the foundation for their future education. Our mission extends beyond teaching children to read and reason; we are dedicated to fostering individual responsibility, self-confidence, and independence in every student.
Our classes are fast-paced and fun, built upon a proven curriculum. Challenger is committed to providing all teachers with the training and tools necessary to be effective, competent, and fulfilled in their roles.
About the Role
You will begin your journey with us in a paid teacher training program, where you will master our unique curriculum and teaching styles. Upon successful completion of this program, you will be entrusted with your own classroom to teach and manage. This position can be structured as either full-time or part-time, depending on campus needs.
