About the Role
As a Special Education Teacher at The Bradley School, you will utilize a multi-sensory approach to deliver a rigorous curriculum tailored to each student's unique learning styles. Working under the direction of the Clinical Director and Director of Special Education, you will join a dedicated team focused on tracking student progress and adjusting programming to ensure academic advancement.
Your day involves assessing educational needs, preparing daily lesson plans consistent with evaluations and IEPs, and maintaining a classroom environment conducive to learning. You will function as an effective member of an interdisciplinary team, leveraging the expertise of colleagues to implement educational and behavioral programs while supporting other staff members.
