About the Role
We are seeking a dedicated Shift Leader to join our restaurant team. This role is designed for individuals trained to perform all duties of a Team Member while taking on the additional responsibility of directing daily operations in the absence of the Restaurant General Manager and Assistant Manager. You will serve as the operational anchor of the shift, ensuring compliance with company standards across product preparation, customer relations, maintenance, and team management.
