We are looking for Restaurant Assistant Managers (RAM) to join a team staffed with amazing people. Our restaurants are built on a foundation of dedicated individuals committed to delivering great and friendly guest experiences while driving top-line sales.
About the Role
The RAM supports the Restaurant General Manager in developing a team of dedicated people. This role is centered on learning, managing, and teaching restaurant systems effectively to achieve goals, develop talent, and provide excellent service. You will be responsible for ensuring your team provides outstanding service, training and coaching staff, and utilizing GPS Hospitality Systems to run a great restaurant every shift. The position requires setting and meeting goals for service, operations, and financial results, while maintaining a clean, safe working environment that adheres to all operational standards, including speed of service and food safety. As a RAM, you will set an example through high proficiency in restaurant operations, demonstrate problem-solving skills, and follow all government regulations and employment laws. Your performance will directly impact your bonus, which is tied to both operational and financial success.
