About the Role
The Restaurant Assistant Manager (RAM) supports the Restaurant General Manager in developing a team of dedicated people who deliver great, friendly guest experiences and drive top-line sales. This role is about learning, managing, and teaching restaurant systems effectively to achieve goals, develop talent, and provide excellent service. You will set an example by maintaining an excellent working knowledge of restaurant operations and demonstrating strong problem-solving skills.
