As a Restaurant Assistant Manager (RAM), you will be a vital partner to the Restaurant General Manager in developing a dedicated team and delivering exceptional service. This role exists to ensure that every shift runs smoothly, effectively managing restaurant systems to achieve operational and financial goals. You will learn, manage, and teach these systems to your team, setting an example of proficiency in restaurant operations. Your day-to-day involves coaching staff, solving problems, and maintaining a clean, safe, and high-energy environment that meets all standards for speed of service and food safety.
