About the Role

As a Restaurant Assistant Manager (RAM), you will support the Restaurant General Manager in developing a team of dedicated people while driving top-line sales. Your mission is to learn, manage, and teach restaurant systems effectively to achieve operational and financial goals. You will set an example by maintaining excellent proficiency in restaurant operations, coaching the team to provide outstanding service, and ensuring a clean, safe working environment. This role is dynamic, requiring you to work all shifts as needed and perform under pressure in a high-volume setting.
