The Area Sales Director serves as the senior commercial field leader for an assigned territory, driving total revenue growth with a primary focus on LAL implant expansion. This is a field-forward role where you will be expected to maintain a daily presence in accounts, closing high-value opportunities alongside your team, and leading from the front.
You will build and lead a team of Account Managers and Clinical Specialists, ensuring the entire area team is oriented toward revenue growth and superior customer outcomes. The ideal candidate thrives in a competitive environment, views surgeons as business partners, and is not intimidated by clinical complexity. As one of the most important architects of our sales-driven culture, you will own area performance, set the commercial strategy for your geography, and be accountable for both individual team member performance and the overall growth trajectory of the region.
Candidates selected for this role will be expected to complete specific training requirements within 30 days of hiring, including the Insider Trading Policy, Global Anti-Bribery and Anti-Corruption Policy, and Code of Business Conducts and Ethics. These trainings must be completed annually thereafter.
