The Retail Broker Manager serves as the strategic bridge between Swisher and its regional broker partners, ensuring that sales, merchandising, and marketing initiatives are executed with precision across assigned territories. This position is critical for translating corporate and regional sales strategies into tangible in-store results, optimizing performance, and driving sustainable sales growth within retail outlets.
In this role, you will act as the primary liaison for broker teams, aligning their daily activities with company objectives. Your day-to-day involves monitoring performance against key metrics such as distribution, display share, and product freshness, while partnering with Regional Retail Directors to synchronize trade investments and merchandising execution. You will lead the sell-in and execution of new product launches and category initiatives, developing territory-level scorecards to identify gaps and recommend actionable improvements. Through regular field visits and market audits, you will verify retail standards and foster broker capability development through coaching and performance feedback.
