In this position, you will act as the primary liaison for broker teams, fostering strong relationships to align activities with company objectives. Your day-to-day involves monitoring broker performance against key metrics like distribution and display share, conducting field visits to verify retail standards, and delivering actionable insights on market trends to internal stakeholders. You will collaborate cross-functionally with Category Management and Trade Marketing to ensure local execution matches national programs, while also coaching broker representatives to enhance their capabilities and drive excellence.
