The Area Sales Director serves as the senior commercial field leader for an assigned territory, acting as a primary architect of our sales-driven culture. This role is defined by a "lead from the front" approach, requiring daily presence in accounts to close high-value opportunities alongside the team. You will be responsible for driving total revenue growth, with a specific focus on expanding LAL implant utilization.
In this position, you will build and lead a team of Account Managers and Clinical Specialists, ensuring the entire area is oriented toward revenue growth and superior customer outcomes. The ideal candidate thrives in a competitive environment, views surgeons as strategic business partners, and possesses the confidence to navigate clinical complexity. You will own the area's performance trajectory, setting the commercial strategy and holding the team accountable for both individual and collective success.
