The position involves managing state-required testing schedules with approved agencies, tracking notices of violations using spreadsheets and state databases, and coordinating repair schedules with mechanics. Additional duties include assisting with payroll entry, acting as a backup for the service coordinator, and preparing reports for consultants. The role requires proficiency in Office 365, Smartsheets, and standard office equipment.
