The Reservations Agent serves as a key first point of contact for guests, responsible for handling room, dining, and spa inquiries with accuracy, warmth, and efficiency. In this role, you will manage reservation details, capture special requests, maintain accurate room and rate information, and provide knowledgeable guidance on hotel offerings. You will work closely with Front Office, Revenue, Spa, and F&B teams to ensure smooth communication and a seamless guest experience.
