We are seeking a hospitality-focused and organized individual to join our team as a Reservations Agent. This position plays a crucial role in supporting front desk operations by ensuring hotel room reservations are accurately booked while providing a seamless experience for our guests.
As a Reservations Agent, you will be the first point of contact for many guests, responsible for performing guest services and administrative tasks that directly support the accomplishment of hotel revenue objectives. You will create and maintain an upscale and personalized pre-arrival process designed to improve the guest experience and maximize revenue. Your day will involve responding to incoming calls and emails with a prompt, friendly, and professional demeanor, providing detailed information about our rooms, rates, and services.
You will leverage your knowledge of our facilities, services, and local attractions to offer recommendations and up-sell room categories and hotel services. By collaborating with sales, housekeeping, and front desk teams, you will ensure guests receive exceptional service and that any issues are resolved in a timely manner. This role requires a sales-oriented mindset and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment to meet and exceed sales goals.
