About the Role

The Kindred Club Concierge serves as a primary ambassador of the Club, delivering exceptional, personalized service to members and their guests. This role is responsible for elevating the overall member experience by anticipating needs, providing timely and accurate information, and coordinating a wide range of Club services and amenities.

As a first point of contact for members, the Concierge plays a critical role in fostering member satisfaction, trust, and long-term loyalty. The ideal candidate is professional, warm, detail-oriented, and thrives in a high-touch, hospitality-driven environment. You will work closely with the Club team to support daily operations, ensuring a seamless and enjoyable experience from arrival through departure.
