This part-time Wellness Coordinator position is designed to support daily studio operations and elevate the client experience. It is an ideal opportunity for someone passionate about wellness, hospitality, and building meaningful relationships. You will serve as the warm face of the studio, greeting clients, managing appointments, and ensuring every interaction leaves a lasting positive impression.
In this role, you will go beyond administrative tasks to actively drive studio growth. You will educate clients on treatments and memberships, engage with prospects and current members to ensure satisfaction, and proactively share wellness solutions. Your day will involve a blend of hospitality, sales, and operational support, all within a supportive and team-oriented environment that values growth and positivity.
We are looking for candidates who live in or near the Long Beach area and are available to work on-site consistently. This role requires a reliable presence to maintain the studio's welcoming atmosphere and operational standards.
We offer a competitive hourly rate of $18, complemented by performance-based incentives including commissions on treatment credits sold, recurring earnings from active memberships, and bonuses on product sales. As a team member, you will also enjoy up to $200 per month in free treatments during off-hours.
