About the Role

The Market Service Manager is the operational heartbeat of our service department, dedicated to keeping our customers for life. In this role, you will recruit, lead, and develop a team of Route Service Managers, Supervisors, and Representatives who deliver to a diverse portfolio of clients, ranging from small family-owned businesses to major corporate locations.

You will drive customer satisfaction, account growth, and profitability for your location by building strong relationships with clients and collaborating closely with the location management team. This position is ideal for a business-savvy individual who enjoys finding innovative ways to increase profit and is eager to roll up their sleeves to support both the team and the customer. As a results-driven relationship manager, you will negotiate contract renewals and foster an environment where your team can thrive and develop their own roles.
