About the Role
As a Route Service Manager, you will recruit, lead, and develop a team of Route Service Supervisors and Representatives who deliver to a diverse portfolio of customers, ranging from small family-owned businesses to major corporate locations. Your mission is to drive customer satisfaction, account growth, and profitability for your location.
You will serve as a results-driven relationship manager, building strong bonds with customers and elevating your team's performance. This role involves collaborating closely with location management to deliver the best service and product programs, as well as negotiating customer contract renewals. You will enjoy a fast-track to success in a rapidly growing company with significant avenues for personal development and leadership opportunities across our plants and the organization.
